Griess’ grandfather purchased the land in the early fifties and, along with his father, Dean, they started off by raising hogs. Over time, the farm transitioned into a vineyard, producing grapes for some of the area’s leading wineries. When Ryan got more heavily involved in the operation, he found success in planting corn.

Farming is often a family operation, and at S&J Farms located in the small town of Webbers Falls, OK, it’s no different. The Sheffield Family has been farming for over 40 years.
